Going
Deeper
Wanting to go deeper into the Dharma?
You're not alone. One of the most common
requests people make at the Center is a wish to learn, practice,
serve, and share on a deeper level. Now you have that opportunity.
On Sunday
afternoons from 12:30-2pm, after the morning introductory class,
we are offering a variety of programs intended to deepen students
knowledge, experience, connection, and confidence in the Dharma.

This on-going class will include
some short Buddhist prayers, instruction on how to meditate
and some introductory explanation of the subjects for meditation
within the Kadampa tradition, called Lamrim. There will also
be an opportunity for questions.
This course is suitable for beginners
and those practitioners who wish to improve their meditation
practice. Based on the book "Introduction
to Buddhism " by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.
