Meditations for a Clear Mind

Saturday, March 13, 2010, 10am - 1pm

There is nothing more powerful than our mind; it determines our happiness and our suffering, how we live our life, how we experience our world, and even what we will become in the future. By getting to know our own minds and by gradually coming to experience the real nature of awareness, we can find profound inner peace and finally accomplish our highest potential. Based on the book, Mahamudra Tantra, and the CD, Meditations for a Clear Mind, this course will introduce how to pacify our anxiety and distraction using 3 short meditations on the nature of the mind. Suitable for anyone, this course will help make meditation easy to understand, practice, and enjoy.
