Classes in Your Area

Neighborhood introductory meditation classes bring Kadampa Buddhism to your local community.

Each class consists of two guided meditation periods, a brief talk on the class topic, and a question and discussion period. You don't need to bring anything with you to class and dress is casual. No pre-registration is required and you can attend one or more classes in a series.
