Inside our heart there is an infinite space where we can find refuge from all our problems and worries, concerns and fears. When our heart is filled with wisdom, we enter this space, and the obstacles and hindrances of our everyday life disappear. This is the essential meaning of one of the most beloved of Buddha's teachings, the Heart Sutra. In this course we will learn the meaning of this precious practice and how to develop the actual ability to protect ourselves and others from unhappiness and difficulties. 

This class will be taught by Kadampa Buddhist monk, Gen Kelsang Atisha. The program is suitable for everyone and will include teachings and guided meditations.
